Team access: three user types

GenXtrim supports three practical user types so each company can separate billing ownership, team management, and day-to-day AI visibility work.

1. Owner / Subscriber

The Owner is the paying account holder. This user manages subscription billing, upgrades, organization settings, workspaces, and team invitations.

  • Manage Stripe billing and plan changes

2. Admin / Team Manager

The Admin helps run the GenXtrim program without controlling payment. This role is ideal for a marketing lead, agency manager, or operations lead.

3. Member / Viewer
