What Is a AI tool check?
A check is one prompt tested on one AI model. Your monthly checks are also used by other AI actions — demand estimation, product-page scans, prompt classification, and content generation. Sentiment analysis is an optional per-project add-on: when you enable it, each AI answer is also scored, using one extra check per answer.

The Owner is the paying account holder. This user manages subscription billing, upgrades, organization settings, workspaces, and team invitations.

Is there a free plan?
Yes — a 1-month free trial. The Free plan includes 50 AI tool checks per month with 1 workspace, 1 AI Monitoring project and 1 brand/product profile — enough to try GenXtrim for a month. Paid plans add far more checks, unlimited profiles and users, multi-country/language monitoring, and the MCP connector.
What happens when my free trial ends?
After 1 month, scans, prompts and monitoring pause until you upgrade to a paid plan. Your data, dashboards and history are saved and unlock again the moment you subscribe.
Is there a trial for paid plans?
Yes. Starter includes a 14-day free trial for first-time subscribers: enter a card at checkout, get full Starter limits immediately, and the first charge happens after the trial. Cancel within the 14 days and you pay nothing. Growth and higher plans start billing immediately.
What counts as a check?
One check is one prompt tested on one AI model. Running 10 prompts across 3 AI models uses 30 checks. Demand estimation, product-page scans, prompt classification, and content generation also consume checks. Sentiment analysis is an optional per-project add-on that uses one extra check per AI answer when enabled.
Can I change plans later?
Yes. You can upgrade or downgrade at any time, and your limits adjust to the new plan.
What happens when I reach my monthly check limit?
Monitoring runs that would exceed your remaining checks are paused until your monthly quota resets or you upgrade. Your existing data and dashboards stay accessible.
Do unused checks roll over?
No. Checks reset at the start of each monthly billing period and do not roll over.
